Well, I took a few photos of the evening...if you really ask, I have to admit a few too few. I was supposed to video Shannon's artist's talk, but I didn't hit "record" hard enough...sigh. Thanks for being so understanding Shan! We had fun with Maryanne's parents coming in for the show.





Here we are in the hour before the show starts...we're setting up the snacks...Wichita art lovers are very "snacky" folk.






This is actually near the end of the evening. Deirdre, Maryanne's sister, surprised all of us by coming in for the show and staying the night.

It was a wonderful evening, with friends and family, and a successful show for Shannon, not just personally, but professionally as well. I wouldn't want to give away details, but...we should be seeing a story about her show in late spring and potentially another show this summer.
