I have been tagged by Kierstyn and since Marlon is my favorite person i thought I would take the plunge and try this blogging stuff.

1. Where did you meet? We met in his dorm my freshmen, his sophomore year at OSU (he'll tell you I was loitering in the guys dorm---I was really visiting a friend from HS that lived next door to Marlon).

2. How long did you date? We dated for a year and were engaged for 8 months.

3. How long have you been married? 31 1/2 years

4. What does he say that surprises you? there isn't a lot he says that surprises me, but he can be witty and sarcastic and that surprises me sometimes.

5. What is your favorite feature of his? his eyes and smile

6. What is your favorite quality of his? His sense of humor and spirit of adventure, although i may not appreciate them in the midst of a given situation. I love the way he loves me and our kids and grandchildren.

7. Does he have a nickname for you? mar

8. What is his favorite color? orange---go pokes

9. What is his favorite food? turkey with all the trimmings

10. What is his favorite sport? to watch- college football. to play--basketball and racquetball

11. When and where did you first kiss? I have no idea!

12. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? we love to watch 24!! just having fun together, even if it is just doing errands or chores. we both love eating breakfast out.

13. Do you have any children? 3 plus 2 by marriage. kierstyn, shannon and megan. and curtis and matt. and soon to be 4 grandchildren.

14. Does he have a hidden talent? he can whistle very well and i find it amazing that he can remember words to songs i've never heard of.

15. How old is he? 52...way older than me

16. Who said "I love you" first? i'm not sure...probably me.

17. What is his favorite type of music? he likes a lot of music, country, contemporary Christian, classic rock.

18. What do you most admire about him? I love his integrity and his faithfulness.

19. Do you think he will read this? yes, since this is really his blog.

20. Where did you go on your first date? We went to a movie on the lawn of my dorm. I think it was paint your wagon.
