This is the living and dining rooms from the entry to the house. The dining room is defined, but still has the flexibility to expand when needed. Note the mirror over the fireplace that you can barely see on the left...it is a one-way mirror with a TV behind it. Yes you can see it when it's on, but it disappears when it is off!
This view is a little farther into the living room where you can start to see the kitchen. It is very nice and has a small breakfast nook immediately adjacent to it. You can't see it, but it is very open and has a nice tile back splash and counter.
There are a lot of pictures on the MLS listing and I had seen this house before, so i let it slip on taking pictures...sorry. I'll add more if this remains a contender as we narrow our list.
Can you tell Maryanne likes it? This home is in a great neighborhood and area where we have friends from church. It is 7 year old house that has about half the specials paid off and the lowest list price of the three contenders.

I love the openness of the kitchen to living and dining areas. This will be great for entertaining. I will check out the other parts through the MLS. Lowest price isnt too bad either.
