This house (MLS 218193) is a new builder "spec house", but it is right in line with what we are looking for in floor plan, quality and price...IT DOESN'T HAVE SPECIALS!! So the quoted price is the actual price...sweet. But because it is new, we will be looking at putting in the lawn, landscaping and details like the window treatments. This could mean more shopping challenges for Maryanne...good thing she is so practiced at it!
This is from in the living room looking back at the entry and dining room. The kitchen is immediately to the left of the photo and the upstairs bed and bath room are to the right past the closet door you can see. And there in the middle is the staircase to the downstairs.
This shot shows the kitchen. It has nice tilework for the floor and pretty neat cabinetry. I'm still in the living room. A small eating area that is also tiled is just out of the photo to the left.
This photo shows some of the kitchen detail and you can just see the short hallway to the master suite on the right and laundry room on the right.
The master bath was great. Shannon is demonstrating the ease of getting into the soaker tub and how comfortable it is for relaxing, reading and, oh yeah, bathing. There is a large tiled shower to the right of the tub and a double vanity opposite the tub and shower.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet separate from the bathroom. We would prefer it to be in the bath, but certainly can live with this arrangement.

I can see many a Thanksgiving meal cooked in that kitchen. Beautiful!
Micah and I both think "Bite 'er" is a great place to live!
