We signed the contract offer tonight at 6:30 and just learned...10:45pm...that it was accepted.
Needless to say, we are very excited. I don't know if we will sleep better tonight with all the excitement, but I know that it would have been a long night waiting until morning.
Here's another shot of the back yard and lake. What a blessing!
